These labels read as follows: "Report Damage Now, Note any damage or discrepancies on the carriers bill of lading. In case of damage, call carriers agent at once for inspecting and request inspection report. Do not write us. First notify the carrier instead. If this precaution is not taken we cannot assist you in recovering the amount of claim against carrier. Send inspection report to us when notifying us of damage." They are rectangle paper labels with permanent pressure sensitive adhesive on the back. Labels are packaged and sold in quantities of 1000 (2 Rolls of 500).

This really applies to this order and the previous one. The stickers are a perfect fit and they adhere really well. Surprising well, I expected the first set (left, gray phone case) to peel or come off by now (6+ months on), but they're still going strong.The most recent order was originally for the handle of a knife, but the sticker was just a little too large, so I ordered a second phone case so I could use it.
